[Excursion]

In addition to the Homesteads, we visited Iceland, Norway and Sweden's awesome countryside. Never an hour went by where any of our travelers dozed on this 15 day excursion. Each turn of the road, each bend in the fjord via ferry-boat, each view from the train window simply took our breath away.

We saw fjords, mountains, streams, villages, geo-thermal springs and even inter-continental divides. We traveled by plane, bus, car, train, ferry-boat, taxi, subway and foot. We were so fortunate in the weather (2 weeks of sunshine), the hospitality (dozens of relatives came out to welcome us) and our health (no-one sick, hurt, or lost).
